Fish oil (anchois), shell component (gelatin, humectant - glycerol, water).
The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans.
Suggested usage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) a day, preferably after a meal. Drink with the right amount of water.
