Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after receiving the order. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 16:00 on the same day.
During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €69
- Shipping cost €5.50 for orders below €69
Smaller orders may be delivered as letter mail or parcel that fits through a standard mailbox. Larger orders are delivered as parcels via Posti.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is €10 (excluding VAT).
Unclaimed shipments
Posti stores parcels for a limited time. Unclaimed shipments are returned to the sender.
Please note that unclaimed shipments are not considered returns under consumer protection law. In such cases, a €20 handling and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, technical issues, or product availability. Offers are valid while supplies last.
Returns
Please check your order upon delivery. If there is an issue with the product, contact our customer service as soon as possible.
All returns must be agreed upon in advance. Consumers have a 14-day right of return for saleable products.
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The original packaging must be intact
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
If the order value falls below the free shipping threshold after a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplements.
Payment service provider
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.
