It has also been shown to improve VO2 max and fat burning capacity. One study found that taking 800 milligrams (mg) of eleutherone per day for 8 weeks increased a male subject's endurance time by 23 percent, peak oxygen saturation by 12 percent, and maximum heart rate by 3 percent.
