We normally deliver the products within 1-3 business days of receiving the order, but we aim to ship all orders placed before 2:00 pm on the same day. Free delivery for orders over €79. For orders under €79, we charge €4.90 delivery costs per order. Smaller orders can be sent in an envelope or in a shipping box that fits in a regular standard-sized postbox. Larger orders are sent as a postal package via Posti.
Minimum order limit
Note! The minimum order limit in the store is €16 (VAT 0%). This is because the products we sell have a very small margin, so selling with smaller amounts would in many situations result in a loss for the online store. Due to the fact that the actual shipping costs for a postal package are at least €8 and according to industry practice, the customer is charged significantly less (€4.90), so the difference must be covered from the sales revenue. In our pricing, the sales margin of one and not always two products would not necessarily be enough to cover that negative difference in shipping costs because our prices are mostly very close to wholesale prices.
Online stores that sell low-priced products without a minimum order limit have to add the difference in postage described above to the price of each product, so when buying more products, customers pay the additional price for each product they buy. Thanks to the minimum order limit, we can sell the products as cheaply as possible, so the benefit of this goes directly to the customer, but it requires a slightly larger purchase. If necessary, you should buy a little in stock or make a bundle order! Small orders are more to the advantage of transport companies than traders or customers.
Posti stores packages only for a limited time, after which uncollected packages are returned to the sender. If the package has not been picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender.
Please note that an undelivered shipment is not a return according to the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we charge €20 for postage and handling costs in connection with the refund.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a typographical error, technical problem, or other reason. Our offers are only valid while supplies last.
The content of the shipment must be checked immediately upon arrival. If the contents of the package do not correspond to the order or the products have been damaged during transport, the matter must be reported immediately.
Broken products should be photographed and sent to customer service(at)econatural.fi. Keep the product until customer service gives operating instructions.
Customer returns must always be agreed in advance. All salable products have a 14-day right of return for consumer customers, during which the customer gets the money back for the product they bought. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed to the customer. If the total amount of the order is below the free delivery limit after the return, we will deduct the value of the delivery costs from the return.
Please note that the products must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of opened products.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.
